We got bids on what it would cost to have the Perc test done... and it's a couple of thousand dollars... then we figured out what it would cost to put the septic system in... and it's astronomically expensive... So, Jim took the class to get his license to do the Perc test for $120.00... But, yes... the State now tells him he can officially play in the dirt... Cheri
